At 72 Collection, we want you to love your purchase. If things don’t go as planned, here’s everything you need to know about our returns and refund process.
The Essentials

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For bundles, individual items cannot be returned or swapped out.

Custom-made or personalised items (including Engravable pieces) are made exclusively for you, so they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received, showing no signs of wear.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, especially when using third-party payment options like PayPal or Afterpay.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for faulty items.

If a purchase was made using a discount code, welcome offer, or during a sale, returns will only be eligible for store credit or exchanges.

The return and store credit process may take up to 14 days after we receive your items.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, but store credit can be issued for incorrect orders or if you change your mind.

Free delivery is offered on orders over AUD $90.
